Basic is $150 per month or $1,500 per year. It includes managed WordPress hosting, managed core, theme and plugin updates, daily and weekly backups, uptime and performance monitoring, vulnerability monitoring, security hardening, firewall protection, malware scanning, and security alert response.

How does Growth Support differ?

Growth Support is $450 per month or $4,500 per year. It includes everything in the Basic care plan, plus a monthly allowance of 2 hours of design and development for changes, fixes, improvements, or small rollout work.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are paid upfront and give you 12 months for the price of 10. You save $300 per year on Basic or $900 per year on Growth Support. The subscription renews yearly unless you cancel at least 30 days before renewal.

What counts toward the 2 hours of design and development?

That time can be used for page edits, layout refinements, content updates, design improvements, small feature work, or development fixes. If you need something larger, we scope it clearly before any extra work starts.

Does the care plan guarantee that the website cannot be hacked?

No security service can guarantee that. The plan is designed to reduce risk and help us respond through updates, patching, access restrictions, or rollback when appropriate. Manual malware removal, forensic investigation, data reconstruction, and extensive repairs are quoted separately.
